The family of Christopher Michael Davis has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his funeral service and military honors, it will be our honor to do so.

Christopher Michael Davis enlisted in the Coast Guard on 3/23/1997 and served proudly until 3/23/2001. While in the Coast Guard he achieved the rank of Petty Officer second class(MK2).  At the end of his enlistment he went straight into the reserves. He was recalled the morning of 9/11/01 back into active service.

During his enlistment he earned his sharp shooter ribbon, the CG"E" ribbon,Sea service ice ribbon, Good conduct Medal and the Commandants letter of Commendation. He was very active in obtaining all training that was related to help him support his command.

At the time of his death Christopher was a Manager of facilities at Northrop Grumman, carrying many licenses to do his job. Including steam engine and water treatment. He would still turn wrenches any chance he could. He was a bit of an overachiever. In may of this year he completed his Bachelor's degree in Science Business Admin. with concentration in Project Management. Graduating Summa Cum Laude, completing his 4 year degree in 18  months.

He enjoyed watching football, movies and listening to music with his family. He had training to participate in the Spartan races. He also had decided to to go back to Active Reserves this time as an officer.

Christopher is survived by his wife Heather Davis and two Daughters one 18 years old and one 15 years old.
