Per request of our good friend Gregg “Digger” Walker (Walker Family Funeral Services) the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) has been invited to attend the Military Honors of this hero as he makes his final journey.

The PGR will be honored to attend and stand by as his family since Mr. Johnson has no family to attend to him.

Francis was born in Maine on December 19, 1953 and entered into Eternal Rest on July 11, 2015 in Long Beach, California.

Francis proudly served his country during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army.

After his honorable discharge from the military Francis worked as a construction worker in the shipbuilding industry for more than thirty-five years.

Francis will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.

The weather is predicted to be hot so please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat; it can make a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just
the ones we are honoring.
