The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to celebrate Robert “Bob” Bibbo's 98th birthday. We are honored to commemorate this 98-year-young hero.
Bob was born on 26 April 1928 in Queens, NY. At the age of 17, he joined the United States Army. He was a member of a light tank mounted assault gun tank known as a Medium Tank Crewman. He served close to two years before being honorably discharged.
When Bob returned to civilian life, he attended St. John’s University and earned a law degree. He was employed at Dunn & Bradstreet in upper management and later went to Harvard Business School to further his career with the company. After many years with Dunn & Bradstreet he decided to start his own successful business, Commercial Trade Systems.
Bob has been married to his current wife, Marcia, for the last 44 years. He has two daughters from a previous marriage, three stepdaughters, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
We will celebrate Bob’s birthday with a cruise by his home, singing of Happy Birthday with family and friends while holding our flags in honor of his birthday as well as service to our country.
