The PGR has been invited by Honor Flight Southland to attend their next event to honor another group of special Veterans to visit the memorials built in their honor in Washington DC.
On 1 May 2026, this group of veterans traveled to Washington DC for an all-expense paid trip to celebrate their contribution to our freedom and to thank them for their sacrifice.
Part 2 will be on 3 May 2026, when this same group will return from their trip to Washington DC. Assistance is needed at the baggage claim area to form a flag line, shake their hand, welcome them home, and help with baggage retrieval.
Again, this is our chance to thank these Heroes in person and let them know how much they mean to us. They are American Heroes, living history. Please bring your smiles, your hand shakes, your hugs, and your flags!
NOTE: OVER 200,000 VETS HAVE BEEN SENT TO DC SINCE HONOR FLIGHT SOUTHLAND INCEPTION.
