The family of Louis R. Alaniz has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor him for his military service. It is our honor to do so.

Louis proudly served in the US Army from 1952 to 1954, during the Korean War. He was a Corporal at the time of his discharge.

Louis was born September 20, 1932 and passed away December 28, 2020. After his discharge from the Army, Louis worked in the local orange groves, in a lemon exchange program, as a delivery driver for the Riverside Unified School District, a mechanic on food machinery/military equipment, then as a police car maintenance mechanic for the City of Corona for approximately 30 years. Louis enjoyed coin collecting, hand-held video games, anything that involved working with his hands to repair small intricate things, and loved speaking with people.

Louis is survived by his wife, Anna; sister, Ester; daughters, Irene, Cynthia, and LouAnn; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
