The US Navy and the family of ABH2 Jeffrey T. Missouri, age 39, have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to support and honor this Hero at his funeral services.
 
ABH2 (Aviation Boatswain's Mate Aircraft Handling 2nd Class) Jeffrey T. Missouri served 19 years in the U.S. Navy, many of those years deployed to areas in support of conflict overseas and mostly on Aircraft Carriers.  He was most recently assigned to a duty station in Fallon, NV.
 
After becoming ill he was transferred to the US Navy Hospital at Balboa and then home where he peacefully passed with his family surrounding him.
 
ABH2 Jeffery Missouri is survived by his wife, Pilar, herself a US Navy Veteran, 4 children, his parents and a brother and sister.
 
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the funeral services to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1200 – Flag line as our Hero is moved to the coach.

1215 – KSU to Riverside National Cemetery, (Staging Area #9 for family, Staging Area #8 for PGR) 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518 http://goo.gl/maps/v0K0E

1300 – KSU to assigned Shelter for Flag line, Service and Military Honors

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
