The family of Victor Manuel Valenzuela Jr. has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to accompany and attend the Military Honors of their loved one, it will be an honor to do so.

Victor was born in 1963 to the parents of Victor and Isabel Valenzuela.

Victor always kept busy by either doing chores, or staying physically active playing or running. Victor loved doing marathons, and later on took up Tae Kwon Do in which he earned a 2nd degree black belt.

Victor later joined the US Air Force in 1981. He faithfully served until his discharge in 1986. During that time he attained the rank of Sgt.as a Law Enforcement Specialist. Victor  served all 5 yrs. as a AP/LES ( Air Police Law Enforcement Specialist) with the 7274th Security Police Squadron, Royal air Force Station in Chicksands, England. His last duty station was in Misawa Air Base in Japan.

Victor earned the Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Force Overseas Long Tour Service ribbon, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon, Security Police Qualification Ribbon.

After Victor's discharge he became a volunteer with the Vietnam Moving Wall and assisted where ever he was needed. He was also very active in Politics and stayed running in marathons.

Victor passed away from illness, leaving behind his Mother and Father, Victor and Isabel, his brother Gilbert, and sisters Elizabeth, Janeth, & Violette. He also leaves behind 9 Nieces and Nephews.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from Arlington Mortuary to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

The weather is predicted to be hot please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat; it can make a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
