The family of Joseph Moore has requested the Patriot Guard to join them in paying honors to this member of the "Greatest Generation". It would be our Honor to do so.

Joseph joined the Navy in May 11, 1948 and served until Jan. 31, 1952.

After Joseph's time in the Navy he opened up a parking lot sweeping maintenance company. He ran that business for 45 yrs. from 1958 - 2003.

Joseph liked to tinker around in his garage, and did a number of carpentry jobs. When he wasn't working with wood he would fix cars.

Joseph lost his wife in Nov. of 1996. He always told people that he was just waiting for when they could be together again. Joseph passed quietly on Friday May 8th to rejoin with his wife.

Joseph is survived by his daughter Juanita, son in law Caesar, and 3 grandchildren.
