The family of Allen Barnard Narcisse, Sr., age 68, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present as he makes his final journey to his resting place. It will be our honor to fulfill their request.

Allen was born 18 May 1955 and passed away 25 August 2023. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother to so many.

Allen proudly enlisted in the Army on 24 August 1979, and was honorably discharged 12 September 1985. During his enlistment, he received the Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Good Conduct Medal 2D Award, Expert Badge with M-16 Rifle Bar, Sharpshooter Badge with Grenade Bar.  He also completed a course as a Food Handling Service Specialist.

After his military service, he worked the next 20 years for the San Diego Sheriff's Department where he retired.  He was an active usher at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, and a greeter at The View Church. He was an avid bowler, enjoyed fishing and most of all, his family was his world.

Allen is survived by his wife Deborah, children Nikiya Narcisse, Allen Narcisse, Jr., Demond Allen Narcisse, siblings Marvin, Laverne, Robert, Wanda, Rhonda, Brenda, John, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
