The family of Manuel Bermudez have asked the Patriot Guard Riders to pay Honors on their Hero's final journey home. It will be our honor to do so.

Manuel was 86 years old at the time of his death. He was born September 30, 1931, and passed on February 17, 2018.

Manuel was a member of the United States Army from August 22, 1952 to August 17, 1954.  He served in Korea, and attained the rank of Corporal. He received the Korean Service Medal w/Bronze Star, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal.

After his discharge he worked as a packer in a warehouse for over 40 years.

He was a baseball fan and his team was the Los Angeles Angels. He also enjoyed horse races and keeping up to date with the news. He enjoyed sitting outside listening to music and gardening. Manuel was a kind, loving, and giving person and loved by all.

Manuel was never married or had children.  He is survived by his niece Lydia, and her daughter Julie.

The family has requested pallbearers for his service.  If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
