The PGR has been invited by RNC’s Honor Team 44 and Avalon Elementary to attend the observance of "Constitution Day" at Avalon Elementary School in Perris, CA, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Constitution Day is a United States federal observance that commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution by delegates at the Constitutional Convention on September 17, 1787. It is also known as Citizenship Day, recognizing all American citizens and encouraging public awareness and understanding of the Constitution.
Last year, the PGR was able to attend this event and the kids were so excited to see the motorcycles and PGR in attendance. In addition to the PGR, Honor Team 44 will also be in attendance for a flag presentation.
Kids across the states will be celebrating and learning about the history of the Constitution and what it means to its citizens who live in the United States.
