The family of  Retired Veteran Gilbert Baker, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their Hero for his service and his sacrifice to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Gilbert Baker was a WWII US Navy combat Veteran from 1943 to 1946. He also served in the  US Army Air Corp from 1946 to 1947, and in the US Air Force from 1947 to1964. Master Sergeant Baker served this great country for twenty years.  Gilbert was a VFW Post Commander from 1970 to1972.

In civilian life he was employed as a Aerospace Machinist (1965-1989).

NOTE:  This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.

The weather is predicted to be hot please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat. It can make a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please ride/drive safely.
