Post by: BethieWethie909 on January 28, 2023, 03:21:21 PM
Part 2 of 2 Parts

We have been invited by the family of DC1 Juan B. Cuen, 32, and the US Navy to honor this  Hero as he as he receives his final honors.  It will be our honor to do so.

DC1 Juan B. Cuen was serving with the US Navy and assigned to Cryptologic Warfare Group 6 at the time of his untimely passing.  DC1 Cuen was highly respected by all who worked with him, both above and below him in rank, this is demonstrated by his posthumous promotion from Second Class to First Class Petty Officer.  His command is saddened by his passing and will miss him.

Juan was a young man that everyone loved, kind, generous, funny, adventurous, and someone that made an instant good impression on all those who met him.

Juan is survived by many family members and friends and his fellow Sailors.  He is well loved and will never be forgotten.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero.
