Title: CTI3 Luc I. Yasuda, 21, USN(AD) – FLO/Cypress - 23 March 2023 - Pt 2
Post by: Lilygirl54 on March 16, 2023, 07:55:40 PM
The family of Sailor CTI3 Luc I. Yasuda, age 21, and the US Navy have invited the PGR to be present for his funeral service and military honors.  We will be honored to do so.

CTI3 Yasuda was serving with the US Navy at the Naval Information Operations Command (NIOC) at Fort Gordon in the State of Georgia at the time of his passing in an accident off base.  He had been in the Navy for several years and had a bright future. He was a Cryptologic Technician Interpretive (CTI) for the Navy.  A Navy CTI is the Navy's position for linguists, trained in a second or third language in order to interpret intelligence information.  He was liked and respected by all his fellow Sailors, both above and below him in rank.

CTI3 Yasuda is survived by many family members and friends and will be dearly missed by all and never forgotten.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, this is a flag line only (FLO) mission at Forest Lawn Cemetery. For those who would like to participate, please see the timetable and we will meet you there.
