The Post:
The family of Henry Hernandez Cabrera has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to accompany them on this his final journey.
Henry was born on 17 September 1931 and entered into Eternal Rest on 24 September 2013. Henry was a lifelong Corona resident.
Henry served his country in the U.S. Army from 1950 to 1952 as a combat infantryman during the Korean War. Henry attained the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC) and some of his citations/awards included the Combat Infantry Badge, United Nations Medal, Korean Service Medal, Japan Occupation Medal, and National Defense Medal.
After his military service, Henry worked in the steel industry for nearly 30 years. He was a proud member of the American Legion, Joe Dominguez Post 742 for 36 years. He was also a member of the VFW Post 9223.
Henry was preceded in death by his wife Emily, his daughter Virginia and son Steve. Henry is survived by his children Larry, Susan, Walter, and sisters Esperanza and Luisa. Henry is also survived by his twenty grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
