The staff and students of St. Martins School has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at their pre-Memorial Day event. The PGR attended this event last year, as well as their Veteran’s Day event last year. It will be our honor to be present as the student body honors Veterans in a way only they can do.

The key note speaker will again be retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant Ernie Napper. GSgt Napper is better known to many as the Disneyland Gunnery Sergeant, as he has headed up security at the happiest place on earth for the past 22 years.

The PGR will be standing a flag line as Veterans of all ages enter the Chapel for the pre-Memorial Day event. We will then attend the event and then stand another flag line as the Veterans leave the Chapel for a very special flag ceremony in the school’s courtyard. The PGR is then invited to stay for refreshments.

Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring our country’s Veterans. For those interested, and all are welcome, please see the time table below for mission information.
