This is Part 2 of a 2 Part Mission.
The family of CW2 Andrew J. Saunders has requested the Patriot Guard be with them as their loved begins his final journey, and we are proud to be there for them.
CW2 Saunders proudly served as an Army Aviator with the 4th Aviation Regiment out of Ft. Carson.

1100 - Expected KSU to Riverside National Cemetery - 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518

1130 - KSU to assigned shelter for Flag Line and Military Honors
NOTE: Due to security protocols in effect at March, please follow the instructions below to ensure base entry.- For those with valid Military or other documentation that will permit base entry
- please have it available to display to the security personnel when we arrive at the base
- Remain at the staging area for dignified transfer and accompanyment
- For those without base access documentation
- Bring a current drivers license with motorcycle endorsement - if riding a motorcycle
- Bring vehicle registration and insurance verification
- Plan to depart the staging area immediately after the briefing for March ARB Main Gate
- Report to the visitor shack to receive a one day pass
- Wait at the gate for the arrival of group accompanying the hero
- For all attendees
- DOT approved helmet for each rider
- Eye protection - other than prescription glasses
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. We will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to the chapel and then to the cemetery. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would prefer to go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there. Please plan to arrive at the cemetery NLT 1100hrs.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please ride/drive safely.
