We have been invited by the family of Eddy Wayne Brooks to accompany him from Colton to Riverside National Cemetery for full Military Honors. It will be our Honor to do so.
 
Eddy served in the Marine Corps 1982-1988 and was honorably discharged at the rank of Cpl.

Eddy was in fire and flood restoration and was a volunteer firefighter.  Eddy was a family man and enjoyed the river, fishing and hunting.

He leaves behind his wife Pam, 2 daughters, 1 son and 1 Marine son in-law, and 2 grand children.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

Note: The weather is predicted to be hot please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat, it can made a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.

1200 - Mission Briefing
 
1225 - Est. Flag line for dignified transfer of Hero to coach
 
1230 - KSU to Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, Ca. 92518 (If you are meeting us at the cemetery please stage just North of Staging #8)   https://goo.gl/maps/K0T5j
 
1315 - ETA Riverside National Cemetery Family stage at area 3
 
1330 - KSU to assigned shelter for Flag Line, Service, and Military Honors.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
