The family of Danny Dennis Watson has requested the presence of the PGR to pay Honors for their fallen Hero. It will be our honor to do so.
Danny Watson served his country from 29 Mar 66 through 28 Mar 68. He served in Viet Nam as a Private with the Army 1st Cavalry. His only injury during the conflict occurred 3 days before he left country to return to the States when he fell off a truck and broke his ankle. He received the Viet Nam Service Medal, the National Defense Medal but did not receive a Purple Heart for his broken ankle. Danny did suffer severe PTSD throughout his life but received care through the VA.
After his military service, Danny worked in the construction field. During his off-time he enjoyed USC Trojan and Chicago Bears football. He also like to spend time at the horse races.
Danny is survived by his wife, Deanna Dominguez, his son Shawn, daughter Jacquie and his grand-daughter Destiny.
