The family of Paul A. Jonsson has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero. We are honored to do so.
Paul served in the United States Navy from 3/11/1988 to 1/31/2008. He retired as an E-8 Hospital Corpsman Senior Chief. Paul served
as surface force independent duty corpsman (IDC) for over 10 years and as an instructor at Naval Medical independent duty corpsman
school for over 5 years. He is a recipient of Combat Action Ribbon, GWOT Expeditionary Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Navy Fleet
Marine Force Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Star, Fleet Marine Force Combat Operational Insignia, Kuwait Liberation Medal.
As a civilian, Paul worked at the Veterans Benefits Administration from April 2008 to November 2013 as a Rating Specialist, a Veteran
Service Representative, a Rating Department Coach/Supervisor and a Quality Review Department Supervisor. He was medically retired
in November 2013 due to his brain cancer surgery residuals.
He is survived by Judith Jonsson, his Wife, 2 Children, Mitchell 7 and Vivian 5, Parents, Harold and Marialys Jonsson, Siblings, Michael,
David, Alice, Laura, Sharon, Jodi and Robert.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please ride/drive safely.
