The family of George Francis Brown, 80, has invited the SoCal PGR to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

George served in the United States Marine Corps from 1951 to 1953 and was a veteran of the Korean War.

In civilian life he was a painter who worked for the federal government.  He also studied as a draftsman.

The family has requested a flag line at Riverside National Cemetery.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
