The family of James H. Jackson, 72, has invited the PGR to attend his burial service and military honors, we would be honored to do so.
Mr. Jackson was in the US Army from 1967 to 1972 when he was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. He served in Vietnam in 1968 & 1969 .
He was MIA for 30 days in Vietnam & was found by some South Vietnamese locals when he had been injured. He was wounded twice & received the purple heart.
He passed of natural causes in Florida and has been returned to So Cal to be buried near family.
After serving about 4 years in the Army he went to work for Ford Motor Co. for over 20 years.
His biggest hobby was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He was survived by his wife Lisa Jackson & 2 children, Stephanie Green & Preston Jackson & 10 grandchildren.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
