It is an honor the family and Los Angeles Police Department invites the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their loved one and hero, John Gasparyan.

Officer John Gasparyan was an 8 year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department assigned to Valley Traffic Division. John was a skilled traffic collision investigator and an "ace" at catching drunk drivers, and recently received a commendation from Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. John had a love for motorcycles and had a goal of becoming a Los Angeles Police Department Motorcycle Officer.

On 21 SEP 17, while riding his personal motorcycle John was involved in a traffic collision. Tragically, John succumbed to his injuries.

John is survived by his wife, 6 year old daughter, brother and his loving parents.

Note:  This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this police officer.  For those interested all are welcome.
