The family of Billy Wayne Page, age 56, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his funeral services and honor him for his military service, it will be our honor to do so.

Billy Page was born in England and lived his early years in England, Ryukuan Islands and Japan, then back to the States.  He was very athletic and excelled in football.  While playing varsity football in 1975, his team from Burkburnett, Texas, the Marauders, won the youth Super Bowl in Kanto Plain and went on to play in the far east finals in Guam.

Shortly after graduating high school in 1978 in Eugene, Oregon, Billy joined the US Army where he served for 3 years in Germany and at Ft Sill, Oklahoma, and was honorably discharged in 1981.

After serving in the Army, Billy went to work for Tracor Aviation in Santa Barbara and worked there until they closed.  He then applied for and was accepted as a Correctional Officer at the Lompoc Federal Correction Complex where he worked until his retirement in 2015.

Billy is survived by his wife Ruth, his parents, Robert and W. Ruth Page, his brother Robert, his brother-in- law and best friend Mark Lampke, his uncle Bill Page and many other relatives and friends. Billy was a very caring, giving and loving person and will be missed by all that knew him.
