It was such a comforting feeling that you all were there for him. At 92 years old, he had outlived his circle of friends, our family is small, and your presence helped us to not feel like we were alone in our reverence for him. Your words were touching and your gifts are treasures. With all my heart...thank you.
I have dreamdt of the funeral many times, the flags waving, the sound of the pipes....everytime, I know he is letting me know that he loved it.
