The family of Donald Allen Baker has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Donald enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in October 1964 and was honorably discharged 07, 1976 at the rank of Staff Sergeant. During his time in the Marine Corps he served two tours in Vietnam and was assigned to an unknown unit attached to the naval ship Cambera in his first deployment and served as an infantryman in his second tour.

After his military service ended he went to work for WA Murphy as manager for their explosive manufacturing company, he was also a truck driver. He loved working on cars and would take any broken car and work on it until it was fixed. He loved our Military and was a huge supporter.

He has six children oldest to youngest Lance, Nicholas, Donald, Cassandra, NJ, and Liara.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
