The family of Lt Col Kenneth Francis, 53, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in the services of their loved one and to honor this American Hero. We are honored to do so.

Kenneth entered Eternal Rest following terminal illness and hospitalization. He was born in Yuma, Arizona. Kenneth was the beloved son to Robert and Naomi Francis. He earned two Master's degrees while serving more than twenty-five years with the United States Air Force. After retiring form the military, he was active with the ROTC Program at Norco High School where he was the Senior instructor and also worked in the aerospace industry. Kenneth was well known and loved at the High School and in the city of Norco. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.

He is survived by his devoted wife Ayse Sedef Francis, their two daughters Melissa and Selin, his dear mother Naomi, a sister Donna and brother Robert Jr.
