The family of John P. Araujo Jr., age 95, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor a Hero from our "Greatest Generation", a World War II Hero, we would be honored to do so.

John P. Araujo Jr. enlisted in the US Army in 1943 and fought the Germans in Germany during WWII, he served proudly until his honorable discharge in 1945.

After the military John became a minister as he heard the calling to do so, and he was a minister for 56 years at the Latin American Pentecostal Church in Corona, CA.

John was married for 74 years to his loving wife Connie who survives him, along with his 6 children, John(Leticia) Araujo, Rosemary Quezada, David(Phoebe)Araujo, Carolyn(George) Gallo, Steve(Jennt)Araujo, Linda(Louis)Castillo. He has 16 grandchildren, 19 great
grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.

1300 - Mission briefing

1330 - KSU to assigned shelter for Flag Line, Service and Military Honors

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
