The family of
SgtMaj Horst “Hoss” Mounder Jejjoni has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
SgtMaj Horst Jejjoni, 53, joined the United States Marine Corps in June 1983 and served honorably until his retirement in October of 2010. In a combination of active duty & reserves, he served 27 years. While in the Corps Horst served on several continents and on several fronts. He was a part of Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada, the Unified Task force in Somalia, Operation Noble Eagle (a post 9/11 collaboration between the United states and Canada), Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After retiring from the Corps, Horst became owner of Mr. Neon Inc. in San Diego. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles; he never became a member but rode with the PGR on several missions. He enjoyed spending times with his friends, helping others, and shooting. He also loved Pugs.
