Welcome Home, Sailors, North Island, Coronado - 13 MAY 19
« on: May 10, 2019, 04:20:24 AM »
We have been invited by the Command and Deployment Support of this US Navy Unit to welcome home their brave sailors who are returning from deployment, we are honored to be there! This Unit has been away from home and family for a long time. They are returning to the States and deserve a Hero's welcome!

Please bring your smiles, handshakes, hugs, banners and flags and be prepared to thank them for their service and all that they do to keep us free and allow us to sleep safely in our beds at night.

This mission will really put a smile on your face and in your heart when you see the families greet these sailors. It is something that has to be experienced and can never be adequately described no matter how hard we try. You will be thanked enormously by everyone there and be touched by the many displays of emotion which will make your attendance a memorable one. Come help us give some small measure of thanks to these sailors who have given us so much in return. Bring your flags, smiles, handshakes, and hugs and for some, a supply of Kleenex.

NOTE: These sailors will be arriving on 3 aircraft at 3 different times so there will be a short amount of wait time between each arrival and 3 separate Flag Lines, one for each group.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring these Heroes.  Please see the time table below if you would like to participate.
