The family of USAF Senior Master Sergeant Frank Dominguez has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

He was born 4/10/44 and entered eternal rest 5/5/19.

SMSGT Dominguez proudly served his country, in the United States Air Force for 26 years.  He enlisted in November 1966 and served active duty until 1992, and was an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, with his last assignment being at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

For his service, SMSGT Dominguez was awarded the Merit Service Medal, Air Force Combat Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 7 devices, Small Arm Expert Rifle, NCO PME Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Air Force Legacy Service Medal with 5 devices, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force OS Svc  Ribbon, and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with 2 Devices.

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Frank was an Aircraft Maintenance Manager with Delta Airlines in Guam.  He loved to dive and play golf. 

Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years Anita, daughters Tatianna and Tanya, sons Kristopher, Frank, Ronald, and Donald, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great children.

The family has requested an accompaniment from Oceanside Mortuary to Miramar National Cemetery, approximately 26 miles.  It will be our honor to do so.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.  For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the Hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1200 - PGR Mission Briefing.

1215 – Establish Flag Line as our Hero is moved to the Funeral Coach.

1230 – KSU for Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr., San Diego, CA 92122.

1400 - Dignified Flag Line Service and Military Honors followed by Funeral Service.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car.)  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios and cell phones off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe all speed limits. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
