Per the request of Nancy Valdez, Risher Mortuary, the family of Robert Kennedy Haley has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.

Robert was born in Los Angeles on 22 November 1936 and entered into Eternal Rest on Memorial Day, 25 May 2020.

Robert was in the Air Force from 1955 to 1959 serving as a Weapons Mechanic. He was stationed in Okinawa the majority of the time that he was in the Air Force. At the time of his honorable discharge as an Airman Second Class, Robert was stationed at Chennault Air Force Base, Lake Charles, Louisiana.

After the military, Robert continued his education and worked for Goodyear. Later he would work in the Aerospace field for over thirty-five years working in the Production Control Department and retiring from Hughes Aircraft in 2001.

Robert married Karen in 1968 and bought his first and only house in Anaheim where he raised his family.

Robert’s hobbies included cars and photography. He loved his family and enjoyed being with them.

Robert is survived by his wife of fifty years Karen and son David. His son David who is a First Responder is a Captain for the L.A. County Fire Department. He also leaves behind grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
