The family of Harvey Albert Rowe, United States Army, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany him and attend the military honors of their loved one as he and his wife make their final journey to their resting places. The military honors will be for Harvey, in addition to Harvey's service, his wife Carole Lee Rowe will also be transported for services to Riverside National Cemetery with Harvey. It will be our honor to accompany them.
Harvey was born in 1939 and passed away from cardiac arrest on Sept 29th 2018. He was cremated and his cremated remains stayed with his spouse Carole until her passing on August 26th 2020. Harveys ashes will be in Carole’s casket with her. Harvey and Carole had 9 children, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Harvey served in the United States Army From May 6th 1963 to May 11th 1965. He achieved the rank of sergeant with the 527th Engineer Company, Third US Army. Harvey served in Vietnam and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and the expert rifle badge.
Harvey "Lil Budda" as his friends and family called him, enjoyed fishing, gardening and Lawn art.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military veteran. For those interested, all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to his final resting place. Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
