Love ones and friends of Sean Stephen Huffman, 51, have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany this Hero and attend the funeral service for this Warrior, we will be honored to do so.

Sean was born in Richmond Virginia, July 27 1969 and enlisted in the Army in May of 89 , and served until his honorable discharge July of 91. He served in Desert Storm receiving a Purple Heart , Army Service Ribbon, and National Defense Service Medal.

Sean’s wife and child were tragically killed in an automobile accident , then cancer ravaged his body. This led to Sean being left homeless. Good Samaritans Tom West and Shannon Francis became acquainted with Sean and he soon became like family to them. They welcomed Sean into their home, cared for him, and were with him when he passed.

Sean's story has become known to many and there are many more who care for him.  On Sean's birthday in July, Tom and Shannon reached out and there was a drive-by birthday celebration that brought a huge smile to Sean's face as he lay in a comfy chair in the front yard of their home.

Sean was a believer in God, Romans 8:15 is one of Sean’s favorite Scripture and one of the most beautiful verses about our relationship with God through faith in Christ. It describes how God has changed every Christian's relationship with Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. We are sure that Sean has now joined his wife and child in Heaven.
