The family of Mike Scott has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present at his funeral service to honor their Hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Mike Scott served in the US Army from 1975 to 1980 when he was honorably discharged. Mike was a metal worker and then changed rate to Fireman. He joined the Army at Ft. Wainwright Alaska. He was in Florida when he was discharged in 1980 at the rank of Sergeant.
Mike was well known in the motorcycle community in San Diego. He was almost always on rides for charity and was loved by all that knew him.
Mike is survived by a son and other family members and friends who will miss him dearly, he will not be forgotten.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
