The family of Stephen Francis Wallin, age 72, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their Hero for his military service, we are privileged to do so.

Stephen "Wally" Wallin enlisted in the US Marine Corps on October 21, 1968 and served for nearly 2 years until he was discharged May 15, 1970, he then re-enlisted January 5, 1973 and served until his honorable discharge December 20, 1974 at the rank of Corporal. He served in Vietnam during both enlistments where he was exposed to Agent Orange that created health issues for him for life and which ultimately took his life.

Wally loved his grandchildren more than ANYTHING EVER. His family was his whole life. He had the best sense of humor, was a wonderful provider, and always put his family first. He loved watching football (Cowboys), going out to dinner and having steak and shrimp and going to see plays. He loved taking day trips to Oak Glen and the mountains. He worked in a dairy until he had to retire because of disability PTSD and MS.

Wally is survived by his loving and devoted wife Kathy, daughter Katie, son Andy, and grandchildren Benjamin, Lilly and Dylan.
