The family of LCpl Andrew J. Arista, age 20, and the U.S. Marine Corps have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany their Hero from the airport to the funeral home upon his arrival home to So California.  We will be honored to do so.

LCpl Andrew Arista was serving with the Guard Company, Marine Barracks, Washington, DC at the time of his unexpected passing.  LCpl Arista loved the Corps and was very proud of his assignment in our country's capitol.

LCpl Arista is survived by many family members, friends and of course his fellow Marine brothers and sisters.  He was loved by many, will be sorely missed by all, and will never be forgotten.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the airport to the mortuary, approx 37 miles. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the mortuary, we will meet you there.
