Part 1 of 2 PartsThe family of LTC Donald E. Peters, age 50, and the US Army have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the arrival of their Hero as he comes home to his home state for burial. We are honored to be there.
LTC Donald Peters had served many years with the US Army, most recently with Headquarters, Department of the Army, Operations Group, Pentagon, a very prestigious assignment that speaks clearly of this Hero's history and commitment to the Army and to his country. He served well and proudly as a Lieutenant Colonel at the time of his passing.
LTC Peter is survived by his wife and children and many other family members, friends, and his fellow Soldiers, those who served by his side and above and below him in rank. He was a Soldier's Soldier and will be deeply missed by all who knew him and never forgotten.
