The family of Lt Col Bryan David Bonzo, age 51, and the US Air Force have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany this Hero from the funeral home to the airport as he is flown to his home state of Kentucky.  We are honored to do so.

Lt Col Bonzo was serving with the United States Air Force with the 412th Operations Group at Edwards Air Force Base, California when he passed away Sept. 19 due to COVID.  He had served for many, many years and had an exemplary career.

Lt Col Bonzo is from Kentucky and attended Raceland Worthington High School in Raceland, KY.  He played both football and basketball in High School then later in college. Bonzo played college basketball for one season at Clinch Valley College before moving on to the University of Kentucky, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy. He later earned a Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine.

Lt Col Bonzo is survived by many family members, friends and fellow USAF members that will dearly miss him and never forget him.
