The family of CWO2 Howard E. Ingram Jr. has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Howard Ingram Jr., 92, served his country in the United States Navy for 3 years (1946-1948), United States Air Force for 13 years (1951-1964), and United States Army 4 years (1964-1968). He retired as a CWO2 from the Army after 20 years of combined service.

He was a WWII era, Korea, and Vietnam Veteran, although he never saw active combat. His biggest claim to fame was during the Bay of Pigs when he was assigned to SAC programming “Big Blue” intelligence computer to ensure significant military geodesy, cartography, and photography were processed and available to senior decision makers.

After his military service, Howard went to worked for the FAA at LAX for a number of years, then went into real estate and bounced around California and Arizona before settling in Thousand Palms, Ca. and retiring.  His passions were Golf, golf, and more golf, and a little boating.
