The family of AT1 Christopher M Linares, and the U.S. Navy have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend
the services for this Hero.  We are grateful and would be honored to do so.
 
AT1 Christopher M Linares, 40, enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served 18 years until his passing.  His most recent duty station was San Diego.  His job was as an Aviation Electronics Technician, and he achieved the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class.
 
AT1 Linares is survived by his wife Tanya, and his son Cody.
 
We will stage at the funeral home where a private service for the family will be going on, and prepare to accompany our Hero and the family to Miramar National Cemetery for military honors and interment.
 
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the funeral services to his final resting place (approximately 17 miles). Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
