The family of Dennis James Giguere, 81, one of our own PGR members, has invited his PGR brothers and sisters to come together to honor him for his service, we will be honored to do so.
Dennis Giguere was a regular fixture at PGR missions for many, many years, he was a regular attendee at the Veterans Without Family missions at RNC also. He was a great and dear man who always greeted everyone with a smile and made your day a little brighter.
Dennis served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1963 during the Vietnam years. He served proudly and felt a very strong connection with his PGR brothers that also served. Riding together and sharing stories that they couldn't often tell to those who wouldn't understand.
After the military Dennis opened his own business, Dennis' Drapery Service, that he ran successfully for 55 years until retirement.
Dennis loved spending time with family, cruising on his Classic Blue GL 1200 Goldwing, Woodwork, Church, and serving with the Patriot Guard.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife Dianne, kids Steve, Lori and Karissa, 5 grandkids and 4 great grandkids, and many other family members, friends and of course his PGR family. Dennis will be sorely missed and never forgotten.
