The family of Robert Yadron has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero with a flag line at his Celebration of Life Service.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Robert Yadron,77, served his country in the United States Air Force for 4 years (1962-1966), time spent over seas in Japan first and then in Germany as a radio specialist. His awards include Air Force Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. At the time of his discharge, Bob reached the rank of Staff Sergeant (E5).

Bob was born Sept. 19, 1944 in East Chicago, Indiana.  He grew up and finished High school in Whiting, Indiana. After military duty, Bob started taking night classes at Grossmont College in San Diego and later obtained his Bachelor degree at San Diego State University. He also studied online classes and received his Master’s Degree. During this time, he opened his own financial advisor company, which he spent more than 35 years running before his retirement.

While stationed in Germany, Bob became fluent in German and made several friends there that he would remain in close contact with the remainder of his life. He also met his first wife Monica there and had a son Daniel (deceased) and a daughter Yvonne. He met his current wife Irene in 1999 and got married right in the same Club House his Celebration of Life Service is being held, and lived in this community ever since.

His hobbies were taking long motorcycle rides on his Harley with his friends, family gatherings, wine tasting, ancestry (family tree) tracking. Bob’s favorite TV stations were the Discovery and History channels
He is survived by his wife, Irene Fang-Yadron, brothers: Tim Yadron and Dave Yadron, daughters: Susan Luo and Yvonne DeSalvo, also 7 grandchildren.
