The family of Stanley "Mac" McAlexander has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend this hero's service. We will be greatly honored to do so.
Stanley McAlexander or "Mac" as his friends liked to call him joined the United States Air Force in 1968. He got out in 1974 at the rank of Staff Sargent . Part of his time in was spent in Vietnam from 1968 - 1970. Upon becoming a civilian, he got a job in a cold storage warehouse and worked his way up the ladder eventually becoming the manager of operations at that facility. He was still employed there up to the day of his death. He had been there 32 yrs.
In honor of Mac, the company that Mac worked for is going to shut down for his services. The amount of people estimated to be there is from 800 - 1000. We will adjust accordingly.
Mac was killed by a driver turning in front of him while he was on his motorcycle on his way to work. He died instantly. Needless to say the family is absolutely devastated.
Mac loved to ride his motorcycle every chance he got and when Memorial Day rolled around, Mac was especially proud to ride in the events honoring our heroes.
Now it's our turn to ride for this hero, to honor him and his family, We will do this for Mac and his family.. It is not about us, it's about them.
Mac is survived by his wife Renee, his brother Charles, and two daughters Kristian, Heather, and 5 grandchildren.
