URGENT!!!
Part 2 of 2.The United States Army and the family of CWO Kristopher L. Post, 49, have requested the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany their Hero to his final resting place for military honors. We are honored to fulfill their request.
After the attack on 9/11 Kris joined the Army and followed in his dad’s footsteps as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. Kris lived in Germany and Hawaii.
While stationed in Hawaii he met the love of his life, Tama, who he married in 2012. His first son, Kaimana, was born in Hawaii in 2013. He then was stationed in Korea, where his second son, Koa, was born in 2015. He was then stationed in North Carolina, where he started attending college at University of Maryland Global Campus where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English. He was in the Master’s program at University of Maryland Global Campus completing his degree in MS Environmental Management. He was then stationed in Stuttgart, Germany and then Wiesbaden, Germany. Kris was a Geospatial Imagery Intelligence Warrant Officer with 19 years in.
Kris enjoyed spending time with his family, specifically, watching his boys play fussball (soccer) for a German youth league. He liked to fish, hunt, surf, and travel all over Europe. He was a two-stripe white belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and loved kettlebells and sauna.
Kris will be remembered for his contagious laugh, larger than life presence, and the love for his family.
