The family of Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department invites the Patriot Guard Riders to participate  in his funeral services. It is with honor we do so.

Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer was brutally murdered on September 16, 2023 while on duty at the Palmdale Sheriff's Station.  He joined the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department March 9,2015 and had worked several departments prior to his transfer to the Palmdale Patrol Division.

Sheriff Robert Luna stated from everything we know about Ryan, people absolutely loved and adored him. He was not just one of our Deputy Sheriff’s. He was a third-generation deputy. Deputy Clinkunbroomer continued the legacy of service within his family, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by dedicating himself to serving the community and the Department. He was a devoted family member and a cherished community member. Ryan was defined by his service and the vibrant passions he nurtured outside of duty. He was an unwavering Miami Dolphins fan and often debriefed their games in spirited fashion. His generosity was unparalleled; he was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back if needed, but above all, his love for his fiancée Brittney, was unmatched. Their bond was a testament to the depth of love and commitment they shared, a beacon of hope and affection for all who knew them.

Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer is survived by his father, Michael; mother, Kim; brother, Chad; sister, Katie; and fiancé, Brittany Lindsey.
