The family of CPO Carl Edward Little has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Carl Little was 96 years young, born 5/02/28 and entering his final rest on 6/29/24. Carl began   serving his country as a 16-year-old in the Army Air Corp, four years, then in United States Navy with 30 years cumulative time serving our country. Carl’s service included tours in Vietnam as part of the “Brown Water Navy” as an Assault Boat Coxswain; Carl E. Little earned the Vietnam service medals and was honorably discharged in 1978 as a CPO.

Carl was a proud Military man and a Patriot.  He was a man who loved the Lord, Carl began his civilian career at PSA for 15 years and tragically was involved with midair collision aftermath here in San Diego. Carl was married to Shirley who already had four daughters to whom he will be remembered as a Loving father and grandfather of six, and great grandfather of five.

In a time of honor and remembrance His grandson accompanied Carl on an Honor Flight to Washington D.C.

Carl enjoyed riding his Harley, gardening and playing Cribbage with his Naval buddy Paul and was a special friend to our own PGR Member and neighbor Gary Enderlin.
