The family of John Cameron Fraser III has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

John proudly served in the US Navy April 1984 – March 1998.

John was a Seabee in the civil engineer corps; he was deployed to Vasquez, Puerto Rico and American Samoa. He received a Sea Service Deployment ribbon, Expert rifle Marksman, .45 and also Sharpshooter. Navy Meritorious Service Medal: For service as Officer in Charge of Seabee Unit deployed to American Samoa for Typhoon

He was Educated as a professional engineer, earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Later, he pursued an MBA at Johns Hopkins University and Stanford University.

A distinguished US Navy Veteran, John served as a Seabee in the Civil Engineer Corps, following in his proud father’s footsteps. His deployments to Vieques, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa for exciting construction missions left lasting memories. He was the Officer in charge of a 40-man Seabee operation in a school and road building program to assist the development of American Samoa as the World War II Trust Territories structure was ending. He enjoyed that deployment and made many friends for life, including Miss Samoa whom he dated.

John departed at the pinnacle of his life—a loving father, two incredible children, a beautiful oceanfront home, a sweet car, and a thriving company.

John is survived by his Children- (2) Jacquelyn Fraser & John Cameron "Cam" Fraser IV, Father- RAdm John Cameron Fraser Jr., Siblings- (2) Julie Fraser & Jennifer Comella
