!!!STAND DOWN!!! TIME HAS CHANGED AGAIN ON THIS IT IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE ACTIVE DUTY FUNERAL FOR MAJ BUDENZ AT THE SAME LOCATION - MIRAMAR AIR STATION- BASED ON OUR PRIORITIES WE CANNOT DO BOTH - PLEASE CONSIDER ATTENDING THE ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE

We have been invited by the Command and the FRO of this USMC Unit to welcome home several of their brave Marines who are returning from deployment, we are honored to be there! This Unit has been away from home and family for a long time. They are returning to the States and deserve a Hero's welcome!

Please bring your smiles, handshakes, hugs, banners and flags and be prepared to thank them for their service and all that they do to keep us free and allow us to sleep safely in our beds at night.

NOTE: This mission will really put a smile on your face and in your heart when you see the families greet these warriors. It is something that has to be experienced and can never be adequately described no matter how hard we try. You will be thanked enormously by everyone there and be touched by the many displays of emotion which will make your attendance a memorable one. Come help us give some small measure of thanks to these warriors who have given us so much in return. Bring your flags, smiles, handshakes, and hugs and for some, a supply of Kleenex.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Marine Unit. This mission will not involve an accompaniment. We will greet these Marines with a Flag Line upon their arrival. Please see the time table below if you would like to participate.
