The family of Terry Waggoner have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this Hero for his service to our country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Terry served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1966. He earned the coveted “Green Beret” and rose to the rank of Sergeant while a member of the famed 82nd Airborne Division . While serving at Fort Bragg, Terry earned his “jump wings” willingly departing C-123’s, 119’s, 124’s, 130’s, C-47’s, CV-2 Caribou’s, and H-34’s, among others.
Terry earned his Juris Doctor, J.D., degree in 2006, graduating as his class Valedictorian. He loved to travel with his wife and make new friends.
Terry was a dedicated and long standing member of the Patriot Guard Riders.
Terry is survived by his wife and children, one of whom followed in Terry’s footsteps and is an Army Ranger.
The PGR will be standing a flag line for the family as they enter and exit the chapel for his services and military honors.
